   I'm a runner who uses this and have had good results. It is the right combination of carbs and protein necessary after a good workout. The mix tastes good but doesn't mix so well. If you're using a spoon to mix it, you'll need about 3 times the recommended amount of milk/water/drink to get it to dissolve. Overall it's a good product that I'll continue using. ...
